MB: I would go for AM5 motherboard
CPU: Likewise AM5 CPU, 7900X, 7950X, 7900X3D or 7950X3D
Mem: DDR5 because of AM5
Cooling: I see no real reason for liquid cooler

Went AM4 as overall cheaper. I dont need the highest specs, compared to want I'm running now its as massive upgrade (GTX680 and i7 4790)

That somewhat makes sense with that budget since parts are much cheaper. Little more and modern platform would be better choice.

For SSD I advice against Samsung, misleading customers with "MLC" term is something I do not support. MLC originally was reserved for 2 bits per cell NAND but Samsung decided to use it other way basically every other company does.
