Windows 10 blue screen

My issue is :
good evening
my pc ran into blue screen .I tried to restart but it wont restart . It restarts and goes back into same page .
then it shuts down .
I tried ctrl+alt+delete
tried pressing F8, F3 F4 F9 F12
I tried power on/off 3 times no success .
there are no icons or start menu. So I cant take any action .
I attached blue screen photo.
please help me.

Hints on reason for BSOD are in the Event Viewer system log

Remove 1 stick of memory at a time, then restart PC.

Remove any ethernet cable from your ethernet port. The internet cable if you have it. Unless it is a laptop, then you maybe cannot open it up. So then what is the last program you used when this happened. Did you download something from the web. Did you turn it off too quickly. So disble wifi. Then turn it back on.
