What's this line and pink stuff on my laptop's screen?

Greetings, I've been trying to figure out what's this horizontal lines on my laptop screen. I've been watching all sorts of videos but seems like none of them relates to this, does anyone know what is this and how to fix it?

(It turns pink ish on an all red screen)
