I am getting BSOD..it seems hopeless..

I get the BSOD..everytime I boot
first my computer blacked out and then I held down the power button to switch it off manually..
supposedly u will get the options whether u wanna start it in safe mode or something else..I got that..however I tried all the options and still got the BSOD..I cant even get past safe mode..

BSOD wrote...

I tried it...it seems it has nothing to do wit it...
it worked fine when i last operated it....
is there no solution than to reformat it...
anywayz guys..I operated in safe mode and the last file that it showed was agp440.sys
