I am new with these xbox im old man
so I was having a hard time with keyboard and mouse
until I found this
but it is still hard for me to move around or change melee weapon

Ah, I understand now. A lot of games that were originally created for consoles have poor support, either in regards to gameplay or control information, when using KBM.

This article suggests that one of the patches for Nioh 2 improved how the game indicates what KBM is required during play:

Nioh 2 PC patch finally brings mouse & keyboard prompts, more Effect Quality optimisations

There's a new Nioh 2 patch on PC, and it's a good one.

Added support for keyboard & mouse input icons. This setting can be switched via “System” ⇒ “Keyboard & Mouse Settings” ⇒ “Control Icons”.

Check that you have that setting switched to KBM rather than gamepad.
