Could be both... But we need to know the games your are trying to play, your hardware specs, Windows version, other relevant software you may be running.
Yeah, I was playing games such as Call of Duty: Warzone and Rainbow Six Siege. The Windows version and hardware specifications were all fine, but I discovered my graphics card turned out to be defective. Thank you!
