LG C1 OLED

The LG C1 OLED is one of the best TVs you can buy, and definitely the best choice for gamers. In almost every respect, it delivers exactly what you expect from a premium OLED TV.

Sure, it’s not a huge upgrade and if the opportunity avails, I’d happily recommend anyone still buy the CX. It’s bound to be cheaper now and you wouldn’t be missing much. But if you want the best of the best TV that will last year a good few years and still perform great, there really isn’t anything quite like the LG C1 OLED. As a bonus, my kids are now, more than ever motivated to get themselves one so win-win for me.

The C1 isn’t much of a step-up from the CX, but it didn’t need to be – this is a superb TV at a competitive price.

The LG C1 doesn’t move the needle much from the CX, but for gaming, movies, streaming and watching TV, it’s one of the best all-round TVs of 2021.

The C1 is an amazing TV really. It comes with all the strengths of OLED technology and LG has crammed so many features in it that it is an excellent choice either you want to use it in a home theater or for gaming. Does it provide the best picture quality money can buy? Obviously not, as the new improved OLED panel in the LG G1 is meant for that but the LG C1 continues to provide what the C series was always famous of. An amazing price to performance ratio which instantly makes it a favorite among home theater fans. And we couldn’t argue with that at all.

If you’re a high roller who loves gaming as much as you enjoy watching films in super-high definition, this is the best screen I’ve ever tested. You can spend a bit more for a higher-end model from Sony or even LG, but I'd say save your cash. The C1 looks so good, you'll barely be able to see a difference.

As a follow-up to one of the best TVs from last year, the LG C1 OLED remains one of the best TVs at any price. It’s missing the new OLED evo panels going into the G1 OLED, but even in their absence the C1 produces colorful, bright and rich pictures with support for most types of HDR. There might be one or two areas for improvement, but otherwise the LG C1 OLED is the gold standard for 2021 OLED TVs.

With a world-beating picture, oodles of features and slim styling, the LG C1 remains the TV to beat.
