Corsair iCUE 5000T RGB

Corsair’s iCue 5000T aims to shine bright in an ocean of RGB cases, with over 200 individually addressable LEDs. It certainly succeeds there, but the company hasn’t skimped out on performance or practicality.

The iCUE 5000T RGB Smart Chassis is amazing to look at, and it performs very well both thermally and audibly. Yet, no matter how you slice it, this case is way too expensive to run into what we found. Hopefully, some of our findings are corrected so we can fully recommend this chassis.

Corsair iCUE 5000T RGB is all about the bling and the Benjamins.

I really like this case, and I’d be crazy not to. It’s a very high-end product that’s brimming with features that are sure to appeal to the enthusiast PC gaming market, and high-performance system builders in general. Plus, it looks absolutely awesome, and aesthetics are as big a part of the performance in the enthusiast market these days.

Corsair has proven once again that it knows how to design a simple yet effective PC case in the 5000T. It's incredibly well put together and offers tons of flexibility for cooling. It's just pretty darn pricey.

Like it or loathe it, RGB is going to play a big part in enthusiast systems in 2022. Corsair’s iCue 5000T RGB chassis is a product of our time.

RGB lighting? Check. Strong airflow? Check. Water-cooling support? Check. The iCUE 5000T RGB is a glorious PC case.

In terms of case functionality, you get the same general build experience as with the 5000D, but with a few elements of the 7000D. We reviewed both of those cases in the past, and the same ease and beneficial build experience are present with the Corsair iCUE 5000T RGB. Based on that, we can recommend the case as the enclosure's iCUE integration is also a functional and integral extension of the chassis.
