Doom's multiplayer beta is set to begin on March 31 for those that pre-ordered or purchased a copy of Wolfenstein: The New Order way back in 2014. As we learned earlier this month, Bethesda plans to offer up two game modes - Team Deathmatch and Warpath - as well as two maps - Heatwave and Infernal - during the beta.

Now, Bethesda has published a teaser video detailing all six multiplayer modes and what to expect from each.

In addition to traditional Team Deathmatch, Domination and Clan Arena, gamers will be able to partake in Soul Harvest, Freeze Tag and Warpath multiplayer modes.

Soul Harvest tasks gamers with, well, harvesting the souls of those you kill. Presumably, the person who collects the most souls wins. In Freeze Tag, players set out to freeze their enemies while simultaneously thawing out allies. Whichever team successfully freezes all of its adversaries first wins. And in Warpath, players must capture and maintain a moving zone for as long as possible.

Doom arrives on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on May 13 priced at $59.99 (there's also a collector's edition that'll command $119.99).
