If you need a phone for really really cheap, Walmart has you covered – they’re selling two Android smartphones for $10 each. Ars Technica reports that the phones are the LG "Sunrise" L15G and the LG "Lucky" LG16, undercutting the previous cheapest phone available at the retail giant, the $35 Firefox OS phone. This is probably the first time that $35 for a phone has seemed expensive.

The biggest selling point of the two phones is definitely their price. Both TracFone LG handsets run on old software (Android’s two-year-old 4.4 KitKat) and have unimpressive specs. This includes a 3.8-inch 480×320 LCD, a quad-core 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 200 SoC, a 3MP rear camera, a 1540 mAh battery, and 4GB of storage with "up to 1.15 GB" of usable space. You do get Wi-Fi, but no 4G and no front-facing camera. Not being able to take a selfie shouldn’t be an immediate death knell for the phones, though.

The phones support a microSD card so you can bump up the tiny 4GB of storage. Just reading through the descriptions, there’s no discernable difference between the two phones. Amazon lists the devices at $60 so while there's no contract required, they are locked to the Tracfone service since there's likely some subsidizing going on here.
