Rockstar Propaganda has just announced full details on the Special Edition and Collector's Edition of Grand Theft Auto V. Both versions are available for pre-order as of writing at participating retailers, but what exactly will you get for your hard-earned money?

The Special Edition includes a full retail copy of Grand Theft Auto V, a collectible SteelBook with exclusive artwork of each of the three main protagonists, access to Stunt Plane Trials in single player, a blueprint map with a full view of Los Santos and Blaine County (21.5" x 26.75"), bonus in-game outfits and tattoos as well as access to three special weapons free of charge. What's more, each character's special ability will regenerate 25 percent faster.

If you've got a bit more coin to spare, the Collector's Edition includes all of the content from the Special Edition as described above plus a Grand Theft Auto V security deposit bag with logo key, custom characters to use during online play, a Grand Theft Auto V New Era 9FIFTY snapback cap and access to unique vehicles along with a garage to store them in. Each garage will be stocked with the 1930s style Hotknife hotrod and the CarbonRS sports bike. In Grand Theft Auto Online, players will get the high-end Khamelion electric car.

The Special Edition will retail for $79.99 while the coveted Collector's Edition will set you back a cool $149.99. All versions are available now for pre-order through September 17, 2013 while supplies last, we're told. Furthermore, anyone that pre-orders the game will also gain access to fly the Atomic Blimp.
