Remove hard disk security (bios password)

I want to unlock the hard disk, my concern is to use it as a external storage device and couldn't access to bios setting, the screen pops with hard disk security required and I keep typing random word for three times its show new message like system disable.
I don't want any data from it, just want to used as external storage device or if possible boot new window to it for laptop.
