Yes AMD Radeon HD 7560D is the updated version, it is compatible with the card I have , also initially when we were solving this issue , you told me to remove the display drivers, after doing so , I installed this version , but even this didnt processed the gpu card to work , I have the file , if you say I can install in again , its already saved in my system.

AMD A8 5500 has graphics HD7560D included. You do not need a HD5450.

But have not connected my Card.

Point is that card is HD5450 and is slower than HD7560D - so why bother installing it??

If the board say the CPU has an APU, then it must have integrated graphics that you can use. We're not lying to you.

Besides, if the integrated graphics are working, then the video card is defective. Recycle it.

Sorry I was Not well , therefore couldn't respond ,
So
Yeah , I believe the Card If Faulty.

Also it shows APU , and if integrated graphics is there , my games and heavy softwares must also work , but does is not the case , Should I try reinstalling all the softwares ( Majorly Games,FL Studio,etc)

Wish you had manual for your system.

"Doesn't work" covers a lot of territory. Will the software launch? Does it stutter? Is the screen at the correct resolution and frequency (refresh rate) now.

Before you do anything else, I think you should remove the driver to the 5450 card first, and let Windows go on the web to find the correct driver for the IGP, (or APU, whichever we're deciding to call it).

Keep in mind, "once upon a time", and video driver issue would cause a "stop error". otherwise known as "the blue screen of death" (or "BSOD" for short.

If the integrated graphics offers HDMI output(s), then you need a separate driver specifically to work that. It is comprised of a combined video AND sound driver, to allow the HDMI connection to provide throughput of sound and video via HDMI.

To expand on that, without the HDMI sound/video driver, you could use an adapter to change the DVI output to HDMI, but there would be no sound.


BTW, why you want to use a VGA video connection is, (to be tactful), perplexing.
