Ntoskrnl 30% CPU usage

Hello,
I have problem with ntoskrnl.exe as it uses 30% CPU for about half hour every few days. I have disabled many services still no success. I used process Explorer and found the following result ntoskrnl.exe!Rtfindset bits+0x10b4
I had same problem with win 10 now I use win 8 but still have same problem

Look for SearchFilterHost, SearchIndexer & SearchProtocolHost services activity, expecially when you seldom search your drive.

Also; any chance you're gaming when CPU is driven? Perhaps it's related to GPU usage...

No at all, I just use my laptop for web browsing, I have yet to try your Suggestions as I get the problem every few days, I will let you know if it worked or not

No I dont use it at all

No of these services seems to running SearchFilterHost, SearchIndexer & SearchProtocolHost
