Consistent Mouse Cursor Blinking

I have this problem with my laptop a few days ago and it's so lag when the mouse cursor blink fast, I don't know why this is happening to my laptop and I didn't do anything I was just attending my class and after I restart my laptop, the problem appear. Tried to reformat but nothing happens still the same.
