Artifacts while gaming

Ok. In GTA 5, try standing in one place, not moving at all, inside a house or somewhere where there are no spawning entities, and see if the lines and scales are there. If they do not appear, leave it on for another while and see if they appear. If they don't, this could mean that the card is overworked when it has to do a lot of stuff on screen, like spawn entities, and other demanding graphics processes in GTA 5.

Yes you reached by staying on same place or home no error comes and game works fine but when I am on driving or moving around it comes...

Now no lines and scales appear now an error error appear err_gfx_init...plz reboot game if persist then reinstal game

The problem has been said a few times now - the memory chips on your graphics card are overheating or they're damaged. To cool them down, they need air to be blown across them using a fan. If they're damaged, you will have to replace the graphics card.

Gta5))))) Artefacts problem is solved.. Now another problem is after the gameplay of 10 to 15minutes an error pops up err_gdfx_d3d like that...
I tried changing dx versions and everything but it stills

And game quits

That error means that you are using a directx version that your card is not made for. The GT 730 supports directx 12, so try using that.

The GT 730 supports directx 12
Physically, it only supports Shader Model 5.1 which is Direct3D 11. Anyway, Afaq is using a Radeon HD 7560D (which is Shader Model 5.0) - on paper this should work with GTA5, but the minimum hardware requirements states that it must have 1 GB of VRAM.

The 7560D is an integrated GPU, so the motherboard BIOS needs to be set to allow at least 1 GB of system RAM to be shared with the GPU.

Sir..as you said in Your second last reply that I should totally remove the old drivers so I did that and installed new drivers for 7560D and on 7560D game is working fine thank u...

But I again put the gt730 4gb (branded) in my pc and I got rid of artifacts but now this issue appeared... Err_gdfx_d3d.............
