Hello all,

I had a new hard disk installed and now I can't connect to the Internet either wirelessly or via ethernet.

There is an exclamation mark symbol by the Network Controller in the Device Manager and seemingly no drivers installed. I am using Windows 7, 64-bit. Can anyone help me to find the right drivers to download please?

Hi Neeyik, Thank you so much for trying to help. I have visited the site and input the serial number ( NXMC2EK0103520A9447600 ) but the operating system options are only Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 8. I only have Windows 7. Will any of the other ones work for me? Thank you.
 
Hmm, I could have sworn I saw Windows 7 as an option when I checked it. What CPU does your laptop have?

Try the two drivers in the Networking section, although something about the Realtek one doesn't look right.

I strongly suggest you scan the file with an anti-virus/malware program before using them, though.
