Pros:

Sharp, beautiful screen. Topnotch browser with full Flash video support. Wirelessly transfers files to and from computers on same network.
Much improved performance, Email, calendar, contacts apps are finally native, Smart UI enhancements

Cons:

Far fewer thirdparty apps than the iPad, and the ones that exist aren't nearly as compelling. Doesn't sync with BES or support BlackBerry Messenger
Still some bugs, particularly with scrolling, Android app selection is weak, Email app could be better
