Reviewers Didn't Like

  • Only 1 USB on the front
  • Clunky interface, Long setup, Intimidating to mass consumers
  • Expensive
  • SAS version for enterpriseclass, 15,000 RPM drives not available, Some capabilities will be too daunting for a novice SOHO user
  • Fan can get loud, Rather expensive
  • You QNAP for making this review possible
  • The QNAP TS-259 Pro takes a long time to switch from one RAID setup to another and is expensive. Its surveillance system doesn't support motion detection, and it also requires some networking knowhow to set up and operate
