The overall rugged feel of the speaker coupled by being waterproof
Affordable, Long wireless range, Loud, Useful optional accessories
Impressive audio output for its size. Waterproof, rugged design. Works with a wide array of outdoor-focused accessories.

Cons:

I feel like they should offer the option to purchase all of the additional accessories with the speaker for a steep discount, say $200
Lacks bass, Bulk, and gets bulkier with accessories
