Career site Glassdoor has released its list of the top 50 chief executive officers. 2015's list brings a few newcomers, but we are still seeing a number of bosses from the tech world. Last year's top ranked Jeff Weiner from LinkedIn has been surpassed by Google CEO Larry Page, who received a 97% approval rating.

These rankings are based on data collected by Glassdoor through reviews submitted by US-based employees over the course of the last year or so. Chief executive officers that received less than 100 reviews were excluded from the rankings, and the company must have 1,000 or more employees. Only 20 individuals from last year's list of 50 return, 15 of which are from the tech world.

Among the tech CEOs on the list, Page sits just ahead of 2013 winner Mark Zuckerberg, with Ultimate Software's Scott Scherr in 3rd and Apple's Tim Cook in 4th (10th overall). LinkedIn's Jeff Weiner dropped to 6th (12th overall). As some have pointed out, there are no female CEOs on the top tech list, down from the two that appeared in 2014.

Outside of the tech world, Nike's Mark G. Parker placed 2nd overall with the HEB head placing third overall. Head over to Glassdoor to view the complete list, including individual approval ratings for each.
