Stuck in BSOD loop with bad driver

Hello,

I recently restarted my computer (Windows 7 64 bit) and have not been able to get it up and running since. The BSOD keeps taking me to startup repair, which cannot identify the problem and gives me the following problem signature

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: StartupRepairOffline
Problem Signature 01: 6.1.7600.16385
Problem Signature 02: 6.1.7600.16385
Problem Signature 03: unknown
Problem Signature 04: 21200047
Problem Signature 05: AutoFailover
Problem Signature 06: 15
Problem Signature 07: BadDriver
OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.1
Locale ID: 1033

The system recovery won't allow me to do system restore because of the limited state that it's in so I'm in a bit of a jam. I have done some research on this problem and have downloaded FRST (which I have a scan result for) and have tried running BlueScreenReader but it's not picking up any minidump files on my C drive. I'm afraid that's because my hard drive had very little space left on it (which my computer kept alerting me about, I just did not delete enough files/programs to make a difference).

Any help would be much appreciated.

Outside of the Box:
buy new, larger storage;
set this up as C:;
download and install OS;
recover files from D: (the over-full drive)
