PC Jitter Problems

I bought a pre-built PC and have major jitter issues to the point where online games are unplayable. The odd thing is that my xbox and mac book dont suffer from this issue. The mac book has a jitter of 6.2ms but my PC has a jitter of over 100ms. My wifi card is an intel AC-9462 and here are some path trace stats.

A few things to try:
A Try Settings > Network & Internet > Network Reset
B Go to Device Manager > Network Adapters and Uninstall wifi card and restart.
C Check the signal strength of the wifi connection. Check the antennas on your card.
D Plug it straight in with Ethernet cable to rule out or isolate the issue to the wireless card. Make sure to disable the wireless when you do. If it works with the cable it is definitely the card. If not, its some settings somewhere.
E Install the latest driver from Intel: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/do...rs-for-Intel-Wireless-Adapters?product=125192
F You could have some malware making it lag. Use something like Malwarebytes to do a quick scan
